Cancellation policy

Order cancellations and changes

Email support@fnkstudios.com as soon as possible with your order number and request. Ordinary cancellation and address-change requests are reviewed based on order status and may not be possible after processing, production, or fulfillment has begun. We will confirm whether a change can be made.

Preorders

Preorders reserve products that are not yet ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout, and the product page provides the estimated shipping window.

If we cannot ship within that window, we will notify you with a revised estimate and explain how to agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item for a refund. We will obtain consent where required by law and issue any required refund promptly. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions, if offered

A subscription is separate from a one-time purchase or preorder. Any recurring price, delivery frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method must be disclosed before you subscribe. Use the management link in your subscription confirmation or contact us for assistance. Canceling future renewals does not automatically refund an order already processed; applicable refund rights still apply.
